Overview

Your primary focus will be to make daily phone calls to perspective customers, working with the Operations Team to set up new customers, and forwarding the information to them. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of service.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Utilize office software and computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
- Analyze customer feedback and issues to identify trends and suggest improvements.
- Maintain professionalism in phone etiquette while managing multiple calls or inquiries simultaneously.
- Collaborate with team members in an efficient manner.
- Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for upselling.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
