Location: Denver, CO/Remote/Hybrid] Reports to: Director of National Retail Sales
Following a landmark year where our retail division more than doubled in size, we are looking for a strategic, high-energy professional to shadow our Director of National Retail Sales. The Role: "The Strategic Hub"

- Represent the brand at major trade shows, distributor events, and face-to-face customer meetings. (approx. 40% travel).
- Reporting: Pull and analyze velocity reports to identify what is moving and where adjustments (pricing or promotions) are needed.

- The FMCG Expert: You have 3–5 years of experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods. You understand the "Three-Tier" distribution model and how to influence sales through third-party partners (importers/brokers). Food/dairy experience is a significant plus.
- Self-Motivated & Adaptive: You thrive in an environment that is scaling quickly and can handle the "variety and nuance" of the retail food industry in a growing US subsidiary.
- The Relationship Builder: You believe in the power of face-to-face interaction. You are comfortable "walking the stores" and can communicate effectively with everyone from a warehouse manager to a corporate buyer.
- The "Hub" Mentality: You are highly organized and capable of managing multiple stakeholders at once. You know how to act as the central point of contact to ensure the brand's vision is executed at the store level.
- Analytical: You don't just see a price tag; you understand how RSP, promos, and margins interact to drive volume.
