Position: Service Technician for The Bluestone Apartments - Bluffton, SC
Role Overview
As a Service Technician, you will help maintain the physical integrity of this beautiful community with 360 apartment-homes.
Hourly rate $750.00 per month rent discount for live-on medical/dental/vision/401k with company match quarterly bonus on-call appreciation bonus paid training fun events
Most Important Responsibilities
- Work closely with your team members to complete service requests and make-readies in a timely fashion with high quality craftsmanship.
- Share your knowledge with coworkers and assist each other when challenges arise.
- Go above and beyond the call of duty for residents to provide excellent customer service.
- Manage your time wisely and communicate throughout the day.
- Anticipate problems that residents might have before they even occur.
Most Important Qualifications
- MUST BE A GO-GETTER with a proven track record of stepping up to the plate and taking initiative.
- 1 years of recent hands-on experience in apartment maintenance, preferably on a garden-style community with high standard for customer service.
- EPA and CPO certifications required plumbing, drywall, carpentry, appliance repair, basic HVAC and electrical.
- Must be willing to pull call in the emergency rotation.
- Vehicle, license, basic tools
- Ability to assess and address problems quickly, good organization skills and strong follow up.
