Essential Responsibilities:
Conduct regular site visits to communities', and assess overall operational and financial goals set for your portfolio
Motivate and engage your team, encouraging their continuous growth and development
Provide clear leadership of company culture and goals
Monitor compliance in all areas of the business to ensure employee practices follow organizational policies and applicable laws
Prepare and manage budgets to meet the goals and contribute to Continental's CNOI
Additional responsibilities as assigned
Skills for Success:
4+ years of area or multisite community management experience required
Experience leading, developing, motivating, and managing teams
Demonstrated experience in managing financials, sales, and marketing
An ability to maintain dynamic interpersonal relationships
Ability to travel and work a non-traditional schedule including evenings and weekends as needed
