We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Club Attendant to join our team. Duties
- Greet and assist club members and guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and welcoming experience.
- Manage guest inquiries and provide information about club services, events, and activities.
- Oversee the cleanliness and organization of club facilities, including common areas and event spaces.
- Assist in the planning and execution of club events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Address any conflicts or issues that arise among guests in a calm and professional manner.
- Engage during club activities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or guest services is preferred.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to resolve issues amicably.
- Excellent public speaking skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups.
- Experience working with children is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures is an asset.
- Background in events management or food service will be considered a plus.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment are essential.
