We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to become a part of our dynamic team in Flint, Michigan! You will help plan and facilitate all property management activities and transactions.
Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities of the Assistant Manager is directly responsible for the following:
- Section 8 and LIHTC recertifications.
- Leasing and processing applications.
- Timely, accurate processing of Accounts Payable operations.
- Timely, accurate processing of Accounts Receivable operations.
- General office administration.
- Specific site administration.
- Tenant/landlord relations.
This position reports directly to the Community Manager in planning and directing the community goals and operations.

- Previous experience in property management or other related fields
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Familiarity with Section 8 & LIHTC
- Ability to build rapport with tenants
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
