Support cooking activities under the supervision of chefs or kitchen managers, ensuring timely delivery of dishes. Help with food handling procedures to meet safety and hygiene regulations at all times. Buss tables and clear dining areas efficiently to support smooth service flow during busy hours. Assist in setting up banquet or special event kitchens, ensuring all necessary equipment and ingredients are ready. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and uphold high standards of customer service.
Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Kitchen experience, including food preparation or cooking skills, will help you excel in this role. Experience with food handling safety practices and sanitation standards is advantageous. Banquet or hotel kitchen experience can be a plus for those interested in event catering settings. Strong communication skills are essential for working effectively within a team and providing excellent customer service when interacting with guests or staff.
