Join a 2026 Best Fleet to Drive For! Continental Express is a family-owned carrier with over 42 years of industry experience, and we are seeking safety-minded CDL-A truck drivers to join our OTR fleet in Charlotte, NC.
This position runs primarily in the Midwest and South/Southeast regions of the country (NO New York). Drivers can expect to average 2,500 - 3000 miles a week, get home weekly for at least a reset, and handle 100% NO-touch refrigerated freight.

Wage Range: 0.68 - 0.72 per mile

Great Pay
- $0.68 - $0.72 CPM
- $2,000 Sign-on Bonus
- $80/day per-diem for every night spent in the truck
- Weekly direct deposit
- $1,700 - $2,040 weekly starting average
