The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to company standards, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence. This role involves supervising multiple temperature-controlled zones within a warehouse setting, maintaining inventory accuracy, and fostering a positive, service-oriented environment.

Shift: Monday - Friday 10:30 AM to 5 PM ish

• Lead and mentor Warehouse Associates, providing training and coaching on daily tasks and safety protocols.
• Oversee order processing, replenishment, and inventory control to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Maintain compliance with company standards, industry regulations, as well as food and occupational safety procedures.
• Monitor and achieve established productivity metrics (e.g., product picking rates).
• Operate and train team members on warehouse technology, including Microsoft Office, iPads, Warehouse Management Software systems (WMS).
• Communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and reduce operational costs.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations and supervisory roles.
• Knowledge of WMS and inventory control processes.
• Ability to perform basic math operations and work with fractions and percentages.
• Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards.
• Strong organizational and communication skills within a professional environment.
• Skilled in team management, problem-solving, and fostering collaboration.
• Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy in inventory and order fulfillment.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
  
  

Location(s) & Logistics:

• Physically capable of lifting 25–50 lbs. regularly and standing for extended periods.
• Holds or willing to obtain forklift certification.
