- Key Partners are located in Butte as well as Bozeman, Billings, Helena, Kalispell, and Missoula.

Compensation Details:
- Pay: Starting at $80,000 DOE Bonuses

The Role's Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with organizational objectives to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential areas for growth within assigned regions.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, industry influencers, and government agencies.
- Sales Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the admissions team, setting clear targets and objectives, and ensuring the achievement of census goals.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
- Client Engagement: Lead the development and presentation of proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage ongoing client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Team Development: Mentor, coach, and develop the business development team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in business development or sales leadership roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading and motivating teams to achieve census targets and business objectives.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach and a passion for driving growth and innovation.
- The ability to regularly drive to other various facilities and key partner locations.
