Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Brief Strategic Family Therapist

Continental is in the process of becoming a Brief Strategic Family Therapy (BSFT) provider, and we’re looking for a master’s-level clinician to help launch it in Grand Forks. You’ll provide RBT-level ABA services to children and families in their homes and in the community. You’ll also train in BSFT as part of our first cohort, and our team will support you along the way.

What you’ll do

• Deliver one-on-one ABA programming in the home and in community settings
• Complete BSFT training (about 7–9 months) and provide BSFT to families once training begins [start date to be determined]
• Carry out treatment plans written by our BCBAs and collect session data accurately in Motivity
• Coach caregivers so skills carry over into daily routines
• Video-record family sessions and take part in weekly consultation for BFST services for audit purposes
• Document services on time, and take part in supervision and team meetings

What we’re looking for

• Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field. No license required.
• Training or experience in basic clinical skills and family systems theory
• Willingness to take part in an interview with the BSFT training institute as part of selection
• Current RBT credential, or willingness to complete RBT training and credentialing with our support
• A REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or state ID, or existing base access, is required
• CPR certification (if you don’t have it, we’ll cover it)
• Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance; you’ll travel between homes and community locations
• Flexibility with scheduling for BFST services
• Strong communication and boundaries with families
• Background check

Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15.0 per week
