Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations - Branch Manager Executive based in Nashville, TN. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, which include managing staff, ensuring efficient inventory control, and maintaining optimal customer service standards. Responsibilities include driving sales and profitability, monitoring performance metrics, fostering a positive team environment, coordinating logistics, and ensuring adherence to compliance and operational policies.
