Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic National Account Manager to lead the growth and management of key accounts across the country. This critical role involves expanding existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing targeted sales and marketing initiatives. Operating with limited supervision, you will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with company goals, uphold our commitment to safety and quality, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
You Will:
- Lead and grow existing national accounts in the battery industry.
- Work closely with various CBS teams to align on and meet customer needs and expectations.
- Accurately report and forecast sales pipeline and performance through CRM.
- Identify new growth opportunities and develop strategies to boost sales and improve processes.
- Develop tools and initiatives to improve the customer experience within the national accounts segment.

Qualifications:
- 5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies in the automotive and battery spaces respectively
- Self-motivated and proactive, capable of setting and achieving goals independently and with the team.
- Experience using CRM software is required.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills with experience presenting to executive teams
- Ability to travel up to 20%
