Title: Senior Pricing Analyst
Reports To: Reports to the Director of Pricing
Classification: Full-Time, Regular, Exempt
Normal Hours: Monday-Friday normal hours per week
Location: Dallas Fort Worth Location preferred / Remote
General Description (major areas of responsibility of this position):
A person in this role will prepare and maintain accurate, organized datasets, conduct advanced pricing analyses, and deliver insights that improve price realization and margin performance. The Sr. Analyst will also play a key role in presenting findings and coordinating with cross-functional partners across IT, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams. This role will require a willingness to rapidly expand your understanding of industry nuance and product knowledge while maintaining a highly organized approach to parsing complex data. You will be expected to work as a team, and in collaboration interdepartmentally, to plan and execute on targeted pricing goals on a consistent cadence each quarter. You will report to our Director of Pricing but will work closely with other department subject matter experts and the TSM team; professionalism and the ability to translate complex topics for a broad audience is critical.

- 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, pricing, or related areas.
- SQL / Google BigQuery: Intermediate to Advanced.
- Python: Basic (proficiency expected over time).
- NetSuite: Basic.
- Tableau/Power BI: Intermediate to Advanced.
- Google Cloud Platform: Basic knowledge (nice to have).
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into clear insights.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills and comfort working with large datasets.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex analysis in a straightforward way.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
1. Build / Pull Data – Prepare and structure accurate datasets for pricing analysis
- Gather data from ERP (NetSuite), Google BigQuery, and BI systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Write and maintain SQL queries for recurring and ad hoc reporting needs.
- Utilize Python to apply basic ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, preparing and transforming data for analysis and reporting (e.g., moving data from NetSuite into BigQuery).
- Validate and organize datasets to ensure reliability for dashboards, reporting, and analysis.
- Conduct detailed analysis on pricing, margin, and volume trends, including elasticity and leakage.
- Support sales and pricing analyses through data collection and organization to identify opportunities for growth (e.g., overrides, underperforming SKUs).
- Perform regular pricing audits to identify areas of under-attainment and support corrective action.
- Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau/Power BI and advanced models in Excel.
- Generate actionable insights to support pricing strategy and adjustments.
- Develop decks, visuals, and reporting summaries that highlight key insights.
- Deliver findings in a way that can be easily understood by pricing, product, supply chain, and sales teams.
- Support pricing leadership with analysis and visuals for broader business discussions.
- Partner with IT and Supply Chain to capture and integrate cost changes.
- Work closely with Product Management to support impact analyses.
- Ensure timely and accurate data flow between pricing and cross-functional teams.
- Handle ad hoc requests and quick-turn analyses with accuracy and clarity.
