The Superintendent will lead the Field Operations and work in partnership with our Project Management team to build a safe, high quality, profitable project.

What We Are Looking For
The Superintendent will lead the Field Operations and work in partnership with our Project Management team to build a safe, high quality, profitable project.
Responsibilities
- Leads the development of the project schedule with the Project Manager and ensures the team is executing to the plan
- Sets, communicates, and enforces production goals and schedules with the crews
- Implements effective cost controls over labor, material and equipment
- Manages and develops Foremen
- Manages equipment on the project and promotes a culture of equipment care
- Ensures accurate documentation
- Fully understands all collective bargaining agreements affecting his/her project and incorporates this knowledge in decision making
- Manages Subcontractors
- 7 years progressive experience within the Heavy Civil Market (Infrastructure preferred)
- Experience with running self perform
- Expert knowledge of various areas of construction (structures, piles, bridges, earthwork, utilities)
- Proven leadership
- Excellent teamwork, communication and people skills a must.
