We are supporting some school systems providing ASL interpreting support for Deaf and hard of hearing students and staff in the k-12 setting. A successful candidate for the full-time position or independent contractor will be assigned to a school for the duration of a school year or as needed to provide support to students using ASL as their mode of communication.
Completion of an Interpreter Training Program and at least two years of experience as a sign language interpreter expected. Preference will be given to a candidate who has graduated from an accredited interpreter training program.
EIPA 3.5 or NIC Certification is required.
