Along with a competitive salary and benefits this is a great opportunity with options for advancement in the company.RESPONSIBILITIES:Work under the direction of the Regional Beverage Manager and General Manager to manage daily operations of all matters of beverage operations Ensure all beverage policies and service responsibilities are upheldOffer and Inspire exemplary guest serviceEstablish policies and procedures for beverage staff, to include safety and personal hygieneResponsible for efficient, cost effective operation of beverage, including but not limited to; labor management, inventory control, security and proper use of operating supplies and equipmentSupervises daily activities related to production/delivery of quality product/serviceAssist with beverage purchase requisitions, assembles beverage outlet orders in beverage storeroom and delivers same to respective outletsCoach and counsel team members as needed in order to ensure superior levels of performanceAttend departmental meetings and administrative hearings as requiredPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager. REQUIREMENTS:2-4 years of experience in Beverage Management, lead Sommelier, lead Bartender positions in a high volume upscale restaurantA deep knowledge of spirits, wine and all beverages. Available to work nights, weekends and holidays. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Toast POS.
