Job type: Internship Pay: Unpaid
Learn how creators actually make money — not just how to post.
Content to Cashflow is a Boise-based creator education business teaching people how to earn income through the Amazon Influencer Program, affiliate marketing, and digital products. We're hiring our first intern to work directly with the founder and see the real behind-the-scenes of a modern creator business.
This is an unpaid, structured educational internship (10–15 hrs/week, fall semester, option to extend to spring). It's designed for a student who wants hands-on experience in the creator economy — with mentorship and training built in, and academic credit encouraged and supported.
What you'll learn:
- The Amazon Influencer Program — shoppable video, storefront optimization, and brand collaborations
- Affiliate marketing — building evergreen content that earns recurring income
- AI-powered workflows using Claude, ChatGPT, and creator tools
- Email marketing — newsletters, promotions, audience building
- The systems and reporting behind a real online business
How you'll learn:
- Weekly 1:1 mentorship with the founder
- Free enrollment in the Content to Cashflow course (our paid program)
- A guided video training curriculum plus custom walkthroughs
- Hands-on work with real audiences, real products, and real revenue data
What you'll do:
- Create ~3 educational carousels per week and cross-post content to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest
- Draft a weekly email newsletter (founder-reviewed)
- Run Amazon storefront performance reports and flag opportunities
- Support brand collaboration follow-ups
- Occasional in-person project days in Boise: product photography and filming assistance
Requirements:
- Must be Boise-area — occasional in-person days required; Boise State students preferred (we support academic credit registration)
- Interested in the creator economy, social media marketing, or building an online business
- Organized, self-directed, comfortable working remotely
- Familiar with Canva and at least one social platform (or eager to learn)
Details: Unpaid educational internship with a defined semester term, clear learning outcomes, and a final portfolio review. Includes free course enrollment and structured mentorship. This internship does not include a promise of paid employment at its conclusion. You'll leave with a published portfolio, real revenue experience, and a working knowledge of how creator businesses operate.
To apply: share your resume plus links to any social profiles or content you've made (personal accounts count).
