Content Supply is a fast-growing creative-as-a-service agency helping brands scale their content output with high-quality video, marketing, podcast, and course creation systems. We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Social Media Manager who can turn strategy into high-volume execution driving consistent brand growth across all platforms for Content Supply and its supporting brands.
You’ll lead the CEO’s content plan, manage our organic social media engine, and oversee the full content calendar across multiple brands. This role blends creativity, organization, and strategic thinking with operational excellence.
Role Overview
The Social Media Manager owns the day-to-day execution of Content Supply's organic marketing across social platforms. You ensure consistent brand visibility, growth, and engagement by guiding the CEO’s content plan, scheduling and optimizing content, writing social copy, managing email newsletters, and tracking core marketing KPIs.
This role is responsible for turning our content machine into a predictable growth engine.
Key Responsibilities
CEO Content Plan & Implementation
- Work directly with the CEO to plan, organize, and execute weekly content themes.
- Prepare talking points, outlines, and content prompts for filming days.
- Manage post-production workflow with editors for fast turnover.
- Oversee final content quality, brand voice, and publishing readiness.
- All internal marketing campaigns (email, content, ads, partnerships).
Organic Social Media Management
- Own Content Supply’s social channels: LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok.
- Develop and manage a monthly and weekly content calendar across all brands.
- Schedule and publish posts using our tools.
- Craft compelling short-form copywriting that matches brand tone.
- Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm shifts, and best practices.
- Integrate effective UGC-style and polished-content into workflows.
Email Newsletter & Campaign Execution
- Write, design, and send weekly email newsletters for Content Supply.
- Manage segmentation, deliverability, A/B testing, and optimization.
- Track open rates, CTR, and conversion metrics.
Content Distribution & Optimization
- Repurpose long-form video into multi-platform short-form content.
- Optimize post formats for each platform (captions, thumbnails, CTAs, hashtags).
- Coordinate with the editing team to ensure consistent delivery of assets.
- AI-Powered Automation
Brand Consistency & Creative Quality
- Maintain a unified voice, visual style, and quality standard across every platform.
- Ensure messaging aligns with Content Supply’s positioning and frameworks (StorySupply, Hero Retainer, Creative-as-a-Service).
Campaign Management
- Support marketing campaigns for launches, events, webinars, and retainer offers.
- Coordinate cross-channel campaigns using organic social, email, and community outreach.
- Monitor timelines and ensure all deliverables ship on schedule.
Reporting & KPIs
Track weekly and monthly KPIs such as:
- Follower growth
- Impressions & reach
- Engagement rate
- Click-through rate
- Newsletter open/CTR
- Leads generated via organic content
- YouTube performance metrics
- Content output volume vs. goals
Prepare a monthly Marketing Performance Report for leadership.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3 years managing social media for a brand or creator (agency experience a plus).
- Strong short-form copywriting and social storytelling skills.
- Familiar with marketing tools: GHL, Asana, Canva, YouTube Studio, etc.
- Highly organized and systems-driven.
- Comfortable working with video content and collaborating with editors.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing, content marketing, or creative agencies preferred.
- Understands modern brand-building and thought leadership principles.
- Ability to move fast, manage multiple concurrent campaigns, and adapt quickly.
