Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Lead Content Recovery
Technician to oversee field crews during content pack-outs, inventories, and restoration
projects. The Lead Technician ensures that each job is completed efficiently, accurately,
and according to company standards while maintaining excellent communication with
team members and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead field crews on residential and commercial job sites.
- Ensure trucks are properly loaded, organized, and fully stocked with required supplies.
- Complete detailed inventories of total loss and salvageable contents using company iPads.
- Verify all inventory data is uploaded and transferred at the end of each workday.
- Ensure storage units, boxes, and contents are accurately labeled and documented.
- Track and document all packing materials and supplies used on each project.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Provide guidance and training to technicians while ensuring quality workmanship.
- Communicate effectively with office staff, project managers, and customers.
Minimum Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to safely lift and move up to 75 pounds.
- Experience leading crews or supervising job sites.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable using tablets/iPads for inventory documentation
- Customer Service experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Willingness to become IICRC certified
- Experience with insurance restoration projects
- Experience using inventory software
- Forklift certified
This is a full- time position starting immediate
Pay commensurate based on qualifications
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
