Content Production Assistant (Part-Time)

Pay: Starting at $11/hour (opportunity for raises based on performance)
Schedule:
- Part-time
- Approximately 2–3 days per week
- Typically 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM
- Flexible based on filming schedule
About the Role
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, creative Content Production Assistant to help with the behind-the-scenes production of social media content.
This is an in-person position in El Paso, TX. No on-camera work is required.
This is a great opportunity for someone interested in content creation, social media, or video production who enjoys hands-on work in a creative environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist during filming sessions
- Prepare materials and supplies before filming
- Organize and clean the filming workspace
- Reset props and equipment between takes
- Help maintain an organized production workflow
- Transfer and organize video files
- Assist with basic video editing (training available)
- Perform other production-related tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual
- Detail-oriented
- Comfortable learning new tasks
- Able to work independently
- Basic computer skills
- Video editing experience (CapCut, InShot, etc.) is a plus but not required.
Preferred
- Interest in social media or content creation
- Creative mindset
- Willingness to learn and grow with the business
