Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tree & Shrub Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong background in tree identfication and Plant Healthcare. This role involves operating specialized equipment and performing various tasks related to Plant Health. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment, working 7-6 Monday through Friday with overtime and occasional Saturday's, we want to hear from you.
Duties
- Working outdoors in various weather temperatures.
- Perform tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal in the fall.
- Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Experience
- Proven experience in tree care is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
