We’re growing fast and looking for a driven, polished Outside Sales Executive who loves being in front of customers, thrives on follow-up and organization, and can turn high-intent leads into happy, long-term clients.

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the trusted advisor guiding homeowners through one of the most exciting projects of their lives.
In-Home Consultative Sales
- Visit pre-scheduled, in-home appointments with homeowners across Connecticut.
- Ask smart discovery questions to understand living needs, property constraints, and budget.
- Walk the property and help envision how an ADU can transform their living situation.
- Present tailored solutions and recommend the ideal Tiny Home model and options.
Own the Customer Experience
- Deliver a professional, friendly, 5-star experience from first contact through close.
- Follow up promptly on every lead, email, and phone call—no prospect falls through the cracks.
- Communicate clearly and honestly about timelines, pricing, and process.
- Stay engaged post-sale, partnering with our permitting and construction teams to reassure customers and keep them informed.
Be a Product & Sales Pro
- Attend periodic training at our Norwalk, CT headquarters to deepen product and industry knowledge.
- Stay up to speed on ADU trends, competing offerings, and customer pain points.
- Bring field feedback to the company’s leadership and marketing to continuously improve our pitch and our process.
Leverage Tech, Stay Organized
- Live in the CRM: log every interaction, take detailed notes, and manage your pipeline like a pro.
- Use digital quoting tools to create accurate, professional proposals on the spot.
- Track your metrics and proactively communicate forecasts, challenges, and opportunities to leadership.
Collaborate Across the Business
- Work closely with construction project managers to ensure clean handoffs and aligned expectations.
- Share customer insights with marketing to sharpen messaging and target the right prospects.
Who You Are
You’re a high-energy, self-motivated closer who genuinely enjoys helping people make big decisions about their homes.
Must-Haves
- 3 years of successful outside sales experience, ideally in:
- Residential real estate
- Home improvement / remodeling
- Home services (solar, roofing, HVAC, etc.)
- Track record of hitting or exceeding quotas in a commission-based role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills—you’re clear, confident, and consultative.
- Strong CRM discipline and comfort with digital tools (quotes, proposals, e-signatures, etc.).
- Highly organized: you manage a pipeline, nurture follow-ups, and keep immaculate notes.
- Comfortable and enthusiastic about visiting customers in their homes and walking properties.
- Confident handling objections and guiding customers to decisions that fit their needs.
- Responsible, reliable, and professional, with high integrity and follow-through.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Nice-to-Haves
- General understanding of residential construction or home-building processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred, not required).
Work Location & Schedule
- Primarily on the road in Connecticut, attending in-home sales appointments with pre-qualified leads.
- Periodic trainings and team meetings at our Norwalk, CT headquarters.
