Job Title: HR Administrator/Coordinator
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an HR Administrator/Coordinator to join our client in Philadelphia, PA. This role is 100% onsite and offers an exciting opportunity to support organizational development and employee training initiatives. The HR Administrator/Coordinator will play a key role in managing training programs, maintaining accurate data systems, and assisting with budget tracking to ensure smooth HR operations. This is a contract position with potential for extension or conversion.
Compensation:
$20–$25 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Key Responsibilities of the HR Administrator/Coordinator:
- Coordinate training schedules, classroom setups, and distribute training materials.
- Maintain and update training databases, track tuition assistance, and generate reports.
- Organize and support training council meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
- Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and variance reporting.
Qualifications and Skills for the HR Administrator/Coordinator:
- High School Diploma/GED required; additional certification or degree in HR or Organizational Development is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience handling sensitive information, preferably in HR.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
