Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Document Control Associate to support our client’s operational needs through a critical document-focused project. This onsite, temporary role based in Coppell, TX, involves organizing, tracking, and managing key collateral documents and files to support lien release processes and overall documentation accuracy.
Compensation:
- $21.00/hour
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Review, print, organize, and prepare documentation for tracking and processing.
- Register, track, and coordinate the shipment of collateral documents and files.
- Identify and investigate files for missing or problematic documentation.
- Perform research and work through discrepancies in lien-related files.
- Scan documents and run reports to support lien release processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, third-party custodians, and vendors to ensure document accuracy and timely processing.
- Manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities with minimal supervision.
- Contribute to successful implementation of process improvements and project goals.
- Strong clerical and administrative skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and stay focused after initial training.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access; familiarity with imaging systems.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external interactions.
- Previous experience in document control, records management, or related administrative functions.
- College degree preferred.
