Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our client to support key business initiatives and contribute to the success of this role's primary objectives. This temporary opportunity is based in Philadelphia, PA and requires an Onsite work arrangement. The role focuses on attracting, evaluating, and onboarding hourly workforce talent while helping maintain a steady hiring pipeline. The selected candidate will play an important part in supporting recruitment operations and delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST
Key Responsibilities of the Junior Recruiter:
- Support full cycle recruitment activities for entry level operational and production focused positions.
- Conduct candidate outreach, resume reviews, and preliminary interviews to assess qualifications and role alignment.
- Coordinate hiring logistics, including facility visits, interview scheduling, and employment offer communication.
- Facilitate pre employment requirements such as screening processes, background verification, and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain hiring workflow efficiency by assisting with orientation preparation and supporting consistent new hire volume.
Qualifications and Skills for the Junior Recruiter:
- Prior experience supporting recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or a related human resources function.
- Ability to evaluate candidate backgrounds and determine suitability for positions with equipment operation or warehouse related responsibilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates and hiring activities simultaneously.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with applicants, hiring teams, and new employees.
- Proficiency with recruiting systems, onboarding processes, and general administrative tasks within a fast paced environment.
