Patient Experience Coordinator – Dental Office
We are a growing, patient-focused dental office in Williston, VT seeking a highly professional and personable Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team.
This is not a typical front desk role. We are looking for someone who understands that every interaction with a patient is an opportunity to build trust, create a high-level experience, and support treatment acceptance.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, delivering a warm, professional, and confident experience
- Manage scheduling and front desk operations with strong attention to detail and efficiency
- Handle incoming calls with excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Support treatment acceptance by clearly communicating treatment plans and financial options
- Verify insurance and assist patients with understanding their benefits
- Ensure a smooth and organized daily flow of the office
- Collaborate closely with clinical staff to provide a seamless patient journey
What We’re Looking For

- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience in a dental office
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft or similar dental software
- Experience working with dental insurance (Delta Dental is a plus)
