What are the responsibilities and job description for the Autocad Drafter position at Contemporary Cabinetry East?
Contemporary Cabinetry East is continuing to grow and we are looking to fill an Engineer
position. We are a custom commercial casework manufacture and architectural millwork firm located in Cincinnati, Ohio. CCE is family owned and a non-union business established over 30 years ago.

We are growing, financially stable with sales established solely on referrals and word of mouth. We use the latest software and machinery while applying lean manufacturing principles to produce high quality products.
The primary responsibility of an Engineer / Draftsmen is to use AutoCAD software to produce
detailed drawings that include casework/millwork, required materials and construction procedures. They use multiple angles and views to depict the association of components and systems. Drafters often consult with coworkers on design and layouts. This person will report directly to our Officers and Project Managers.
Duties include:
• AutoCAD
• Cabinet Vision is a plus
• Previous construction experience
• Strong computer and communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Microsoft Office Applications
• Order placing and tracking
• Day to day communication with co-workers and installation crews
• Custom cabinetry experience is helpful
• High level customer service skills
• The ability to multi-task
• Able to read and understand blue prints/drawings
• Goal oriented
• Organized
• Works well in a team environment
