Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong outside sales experience, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships. As a key member of our sales team, you will leverage your expertise in sales, territory management, and product demonstrations to expand our market presence across various industries.

Duties

  • Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research to expand the customer base.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing tailored solutions and ongoing support.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase features and benefits to prospective clients.
  • Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize sales opportunities within assigned regions.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation efforts.
  • Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to increase revenue streams.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies relevant to our products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to foster long-term relationships.

Experience

  • Proven track record in outside sales or technology sales with demonstrated success in managing territory or account portfolios.
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies, lead generation techniques, and product demos.
  • Excellent communication skills including presentation, listening, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Background in retail sales or inside sales is advantageous but not required.
  • Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans for growth.
