Key Responsibilities
- Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including resume screening, candidate sourcing, phone screening, and interview coordination.
- Assist in identifying and engaging potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other recruiting channels.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and maintain timely communication with applicants.
- Help coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Participate in talent market research and competitor mapping to support hiring strategies.
- Assist with preparing recruitment reports, candidate summaries, and market analysis.
- Support other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or above, or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Prior internship, academic background, or project experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, or ATS systems is a plus
- Mandarin or Spanish speaking ability is a plus
