Job Description:
Achieve Sales Targets: Fully deliver annual departmental KPI including sales revenue, payment collection, market share expansion, demand management and customer relationship maintenance; explore new business cooperation opportunities.
Formulate Global Sales Strategy for Key Accounts: Develop tailored global sales plans for strategic clients based on clients’ product& technology strategic layout, business roadmap and overall departmental development strategy.
Cost & GP Management: Establish profit-driven pricing systems and cost budgets anchored to gross profit targets; monitor, assess and analyze operational variances, then formulate and track cost optimization action plans with relevant departments.
Market & Customer Intelligence Management: Collect, sort out and analyze information covering markets, clients and competitors to provide reliable data support for corporate client strategy formulation. Establish a solid and deep customer relationship network.
Cross-department Collaboration: Cooperate closely with internal teams of product design, R&D, project execution, production, delivery and supply chain, as well as other functional departments; drive business growth by aligning operational work with client requirements and sales strategies.
Job Requirement:
1、Bachelor's degree or above, with relevant background knowledge and working experiennce in the automotive and battery industries of more than 5 years.
2、Strong market analysis, marketing, and promotion skills.
3、Strong interpersonal communication and coordination skills.
4、Strategic thinking, goal orientation, and a high sense of responsibility; able to independently drive the implementation of complex projects.
5、Be available for frequent business travels in China and the United States as required by business development.
6、Proficient in English as a working language.
7、Strong communication skills, responsible, and patient.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Regular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
- Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders.
- Ability to work in varied environments, including offices, industrial, and construction settings.
- Willingness to travel to other job sites as business needs require.
