Key Responsibilities
- Deal with accounting documentation organize and communicate with other third parties; data entry; inventory count and fixed asset count;
- Responsible for sorting, binding and archiving management of various vouchers, invoices, account booking and reports;
- SAP data entry and OA application review;
- Finish the office admin work, such as copy and scan files, organize and maintain paper documents and electronic files;
- Other tasks that supervisor assigns.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- English proficiency required
- Chinese proficiency is a plus
