Role Description
We are hiring a full-cycle, field-based Sales Representative in Phoenix, AZ. This is a true hunter role where you will be responsible for prospecting, developing relationships, and closing new business from start to finish. While our home office is in Tucson, Arizona, this role is focused on the Phoenix market, and you will have access to a local franchise office. Success in this position comes from being out in the field meeting prospects, networking, and building a strong pipeline. This is an in-person, field-driven role that requires regular driving and face-to-face meetings with prospects and clients.

What you'll do
- Prospect and generate new business through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close
- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with business owners and decision-makers
- Identify client needs and recommend payroll and HR solutions
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience within payroll, HR, insurance, or HCM is required
- Demonstrated success in prospecting and closing deals
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a go-getter mentality
- Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented with a desire to maximize earnings through commission
- Someone who takes pride in their work and is invested in the success of the company, themselves, and clients
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
