Instrument and Electrical Project Controls/Scheduler

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Project controls/scheduler performs a wide range of duties including some or all of the following:
- Review IFC packages and identify the scope of work
- Build schedules for projects ranging from $5K-$5M
- Developing Work Breakdown Structures for earned value reporting
- Build and issue reporting packages to the customer on a weekly basis
- Change management; maintain and issue RFI and FCO Logs
- Familiarity with float management
- Cost reporting and forecasting
- Build tracking documents required for accurate quantity updating
- Hold/Attend progress update meetings
Requirements
Project Controls/Scheduler requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Associates degree/Bachelor’s Degree
- 4 to 5 years professional experience in scheduling and project controls
- Strong computer/Software skills, specifically Primavera and Excel
- Previous work on industrial projects preferably I&E
- Experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Experience prioritizing tasks and working to tight deadlines
Working conditions are as follows:
· Position Type: Full-Time
· Core Hours: Monday – Thursday 7:00 am to 5:30pm
· Overtime: Occasionally, Depending on specific project
· Range: $50 - $60 per hour
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
