Senior Systems Analyst/Developer
Location: Newark, NJ (Hybrid - onsite 1 day / week min)
Duration: 6 month contract to hire
- Primarily operate as an individual contributor however at times may be tasked with lead tasks on a particular project on an as needed basis.
- High level of .Net or Java (or other development) knowledge and development environments preferred.
- Ability to drive resources and projects to completion.
- Participates in gathering and analyzing business requirements by means of interviews, workflow analysis and discussions with business user.
- Translates business requirements into detailed functional flows, user stories, or functional requirements.
- Coordinate with UI / UX teams to come up with wireframes whenever required.
- Collaborates with stakeholders the evaluation of the feasibility, effort, and costs to implement requirements.
- Interacts with internal and external peers and managers to exchange information related to areas of specialization.
- May serve as a liaison between application development, quality assurance and business stakeholders during the development and deployment process.
- Support user acceptance test case design and support user acceptance testing.
- Involved in resolving production support problems.
- Provide hands-on technical and best practice direction to project team and oversee the work of team members to ensure they meet or exceed performance standards and enforce standards and best practices
- Leading and guiding onsite and Offshore Vendor team
- Ensure code base is testable, efficient, maintainable, and remains compliant with the various standards
- Conduct a light-weight internal code review
- Consulting, design and strategy for Identity/access related needs
- Presenting and demoing solutions to stakeholders, and technology groups
- SQL Proficiency preferred.
- Utilize experience with SQL to analyze data to determine most efficient design solution.
- Preference is to have someone with healthcare experience – Pricing knowledge preferred.
Salary : $70 - $80
