General Laborer

$20.00 - $24.00 an hour depending upon experience Contech Engineered Solutions LLC provides site solutions for engineers, contractors, architects, and owners. The Contech portfolio includes bridges, drainage, erosion control, retaining wall, sanitary sewer, and stormwater management products. Through cost-effective engineered solutions, we help build, support, and sustain land development projects while protecting the environment.

We are looking for a GENERAL LABORER to join our Riverside, CA plant. As a general laborer with Contech you will contribute to America’s essential infrastructure including drainage systems, pipe, bridges and structures, and stormwater management. You will work in a team environment with an opportunity to advance quickly in your career with Contech.

About the Role

Responsibilities:

• Receive instructions and schedules from plant supervision.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, orderly work environment
• Operate equipment when directed.
• Ensure that all finished product meets quality standard.
• Ready and able to move 40 lbs multiple times per day.

About You

We Require:

• Great work ethic and impeccable attendance.
• Able to read and understand work orders and complex instructions.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
• Willing and able to climb multiple stairs throughout the shift.
• Ability to work outdoors or in open air environment.
• Preferred – Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Preferred – Experience operating a forklift.
