We’re hiring our first-ever Portfolio Analyst—a unique opportunity to define and build this role from the ground up. This position blends investment research, portfolio monitoring, client presentation preparation, and operational support for insurance and annuity workflows.
We’re looking for a proactive, independent problem-solver who thrives in a hands-on environment and is excited to create processes, improve workflows, and influence how this function evolves. You’ll work closely with advisors, the client service team, and our Investment Committee to ensure strategic investment oversight, operational efficiency, and an exceptional client experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor portfolios, mutual funds, ETFs, and third-party managers
- Prepare client-ready reports and presentations for advisor meetings and the Investment Committee
- Research underperforming investments and develop evaluation processes
- Support model portfolio updates and rebalancing recommendations
- Assist with insurance and annuity operations and streamline workflows
- Collaborate across teams to improve processes and documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- Series 6 and 63/65 or 66 required; Series 7 a plus (or willingness to pursue)
- 1–2 years of experience in investment research or financial services
- Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, and ability to work independently
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with data analysis and workflow creation

Compensation
