As a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you’ll take the lead on building CRM-driven campaigns that feel less like spam and more like a well-timed nudge from a friend. Your mission: cut churn, boost retention, and grow customer lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities
• Build, test, and optimize automated email journeys, nurture flows, and win-back campaigns.
• Segment customers based on lifecycle stage, behaviors, and purchase patterns.
• Develop creative ways to reduce churn and bring back dormant accounts.
• Manage marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Dyanmics, or similar).
• Collaborate with Brand & Communications for content, design, and meme support.
• Explore and implement AI tools for personalization, predictive send-time, and content optimization.
• Track and improve retention KPIs such as repeat purchase rate and CLV.
Required Skills & Experience
• 3 years in lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (bonus points if you can untangle workflows with a cool head).
• Strong segmentation and personalization skills.
• A track record of reducing churn and improving customer retention.
• Experience in A/B testing for email campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with an eye for detail and a knack for teamwork.
Success Metrics
• Repeat purchase rates are going up.
• CLV and retention metrics are improving.
• Churn and dormant accounts are going down.
