We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive new customer growth through paid media, SEO, and conversation optimization. You'll run through campaigns, measure what's working (and what's not), and make smart moves that lead to real growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid search, paid social, and programmatic campaigns.
- Manage SEO initiatives including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO improvements that Google loves.
- Run A/B and multivariate testing for ads and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaigns performance against ROAS, CPA, and other fun acronyms.
- Collaborate with Brand & Communications for creative assets, messaging, and design needs.
- Integrate AI tools into campaign workflows (ad creative generation, predictive analytics, bif optimization).
Required Skills & Expertise
- 3 years in a digital marketing role
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, WordPress, and other digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices (and patience for algorithm changes).
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and reporting tools.
- Data-driven mindset with CRO wins under your belt.
- Ability to communicate insights and recommend clear next steps to people who may need the fun acronyms spelled out.
Success Metrics
- Increase in qualified customer acquisition at target ROAS/CPA.
- Improved website conversion rates through testing and CRO.
- Consistent delivery of actionable performance insights.
