Position DescriptionWe are seeking a high-performing Regional Operations & Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee operational performance and mechanical execution across several regions. This role combines the structure and follow through of an operations leader with the technical oversight of a regional mechanic manager. The ideal candidate will oversee 8 regional managers, drive scheduling and audit excellence, strengthen communication across teams, and build accountability through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management. You will be responsible for overseeing maintenance across multiple bikeshare, kayak, and micro mobility markets, ensuring fleets are safe, reliable, and available for customers.
