Associate Optometrist

​Contact Lens Institute of Nevada is seeking a superstar associate optometrist with a passion for fitting specialty contact lenses, scleral lenses, and orthokeratology. Practice: Contact Lens Institute of Nevada

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM

Employment Type: Part-Time (3 days/week), may extend to full time in future

Compensation: $500/ day, plus a production bonus

Key responsibilities include:

• Perform comprehensive eye exams, specialty contact lens fits and follow-ups, and myopia management.
• Emphasis on fitting scleral lenses and orthokeratology.
• Engage in community outreach, doctor networking, and patient education through lectures and presentations.
• Participate in video content creation and educational initiatives to raise awareness about specialty eye care.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program.
• Active Nevada Optometry License (or willingness to obtain one).
• Minimum 2 years of experience fitting scleral lenses and orthokeratology. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.
• Open to learning, growing, and being part of a practice that values innovation and collaboration.
