Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, grooming, meal preparation, and medication administration when required
- Engage in data collection to monitor progress, document care plans, and track or health changes accurately
- Provide transportation and driving support for appointments or community outings while ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Implement individualized care plans tailored to person’s needs, preferences, and goals
- Collaborate with guardian, to coordinate care and support services effectively
Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with disablities.. or other disabilities in home or community settings
- Strong communication skills; ability to connect empathetically and clearly with individual
- Familiarity with medication administration procedures and safety protocols
- Ability to assist with ADLs and provide direct support in a respectful manner
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for transportation duties
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
