Route Service Representative (Jumper)

As a Route Service Representative jumper, you would be assisting in driving a company vehicle to deliver and pick up products to customer locations. In addition, you would assist in upselling CTC products and/or services to existing customers. We have a broad customer base with accounts small and large and the Route Service Representative is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The starting salary is $45,000 annually, where you will be learning from our experienced Route Reps! Once you have obtained your own route, this is a commission-based position with unlimited opportunity for increase. As you grow the route, your pay increases! Routes run Monday-Thursday with Friday built in for you to use to build your route and relationships with existing customers.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• A friendly and outgoing personality
• Self-motivated, able to service stops quickly while providing outstanding customer service
• Ability to offer existing customers additional products or services that may benefit their business needs
• Physical ability to continually lift 45 pounds
• Valid non-commercial driver license
• Ability to pass background check, MVR and drug test
• Flexibility on working hours Monday - Friday as each route may require different start and end times

Preferred Experience:

• Previous driving experience
• Previous customer service experience
