We are looking for a Business Technology Coordinator to help modernize and strengthen how technology and AI support our business. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate who wants hands-on ownership, exposure to leadership, and the chance to become highly skilled in real-world law firm operations.
Position Overview
The Business Technology Coordinator will help implement and coordinate technology, automation, and AI workflows across the firm. This person will work across multiple departments and play an important role in improving efficiency, visibility, and customer experience.
This is an ideal role for a recent graduate in a field such as marketing, computer science, information systems, business, data analytics, or a related discipline who is excited by process improvement, AI tools, automation, and business operations.
What You’ll Do
- Help establish AI-supported workflows across every major business department
- Consolidate and optimize workflows in HubSpot to support a seamless customer service and client experience
- Build, maintain, and improve automated dashboards and reporting tools
- Support the integration of technology and automation across marketing, client generation, intake, document collection, settlements, and referral operations
- Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and recommend practical technology-driven improvements
- Assist with implementation and adoption of AI tools that improve speed, quality, and consistency of work
- Partner with leadership and staff to support operational projects and process upgrades
- Help document processes and create scalable systems as the firm continues to grow
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Entry-level role; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Experience using HubSpot, AI tools, Google Workspace, Zapier, Claude, and Gemini
- Strong interest in business operations, automation, and process improvement
- Comfortable learning quickly and taking ownership of projects
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Able to commute reasonably to Westwood, Los Angeles for in-office work three days per week
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a strong plus, given our Spanish-language advertising and Spanish-speaking client base
