Job Summary:As a Part-Time Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for following up on provided leads to generate sales, nurturing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. We are growing and adding Part-time positions to our company. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who thrives in a goal-oriented environment. With qualified leads at your disposal, you’ll be able to concentrate on what you do best—selling!
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to pre-qualified leads via phone, email, and other communication platforms to generate sales
- Present and explain services, answering questions and addressing concerns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to foster long-term business
- Follow up on leads in a timely manner, ensuring no opportunities are missed
- Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales strategies and improve customer outreach
- Work towards meeting or exceeding individual sales targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong phone presence with the ability to actively listen and identify customer needs
- Comfortable working with leads provided, focusing on converting them into sales
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed goals
- Familiarity with CRM systems or the ability to learn quickly
- Flexible hours with the ability to work 20-30 hours per week
