Responsibilities: Provide therapy services to patients with diagnoses such as stroke, fractures, amputees, brain injury, and spinal cord injuries. Manage a patient ratio of 6:1, working day shifts for 40 hours weekly. Participate in approximately one weekend per month.
Qualifications & Skills: Experience in inpatient rehab preferred; strong knowledge of neurological and orthopedic conditions. Ability to handle a patient load efficiently and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Duties: Deliver patient-centered care, document treatment plans, and ensure quality standards are met. Credentialing, licensing, and malpractice coverage are coordinated for you.
