We are seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse - RN for the Stepdown Unit (SDU) in Lexington, Kentucky. This position offers $2,040 per week and is available for immediate hire.

Responsibilities Include

  • Providing high-quality patient care in a stepdown unit setting
  • Monitoring patient vital signs and condition changes
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Collaborating with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
  • Documenting patient information accurately and efficiently
