RN - Robotics Program Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled OR RN Robotics Program Coordinator to serve as the key educator and support person for the robotic surgery program within the operating room.

• Responsibilities include: managing the robotic surgery schedule, maintaining inventory and equipment, updating protocols, reporting quality data, overseeing staff competency, and assisting in marketing and physician recruitment for the robotic program.
• Providing direct patient care across all age groups, ensuring safety, communication with surgical team members, and monitoring equipment functionality.
• Developing clinical pathways, assessing equipment readiness, and participating in performance improvement activities.
  
  

Qualifications: Current RN licensure in Nevada, with preferred 3 years in acute care OR, plus BLS and ACLS certifications.

Skills and qualities: Strong clinical presence, leadership abilities, excellent communication, and a patient-centered approach.
