- Develop and execute strategic business plans for key hospitals and academic institutions, collaborating with local partners.
- Present products and disease state information to physicians and healthcare teams, sharing clinical data.
- Establish and nurture relationships with clinicians, administrative staff, and decision-makers within hospitals.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, develop and refine business strategies, and evaluate customer needs to identify opportunities.
- Assist in identifying business opportunities and addressing challenges within hospitals and surrounding markets.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the disease area, market dynamics, competitors, and industry trends.
- Travel extensively within the territory, with a valid driver's license required.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
- 5 years of specialty sales experience, including 2 years in hospital or complex account management.
- Strong therapeutic area knowledge and understanding of market and industry trends.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally within a matrix environment.
- Ability to develop strategic plans and execute sales activities effectively.
- Residence within or near the territory, with willingness to travel up to 80%.
- Valid driver's license required; MBA preferred.
Salary : $119,700 - $245,700
