- Manage ventilators and high-flow oxygen therapy.
- Titrate IV medications and oversee telemetry monitoring.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families about their conditions and treatments.
- Coordinate care with respiratory therapists and physicians.
- Adhere to evidence-based protocols to ensure quality and safety.
- Registered Nurse license.
- Experience or knowledge in pulmonary care and ventilator management is preferred.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a patient-centered environment.
